Operations Managers
In any company, it is vitally important to create the right impression of your organisation to your customers, visitors and suppliers. This is also true with your workforce to create a pleasant working environment. We offer a complete planned and managed cleaning service, tailored to your needs. Everything that is expected of us will be carried out. This allows you, the customer, time to manage other aspects of your business operation and not have to worry about whether the cleaning is being carried out properly or not.
We plan our approach to all of your requirements from the initial meeting, the walk around your premises, the preparation of a cleaning specification and the effective level of staffing needed. We then ensure, with the management structures and procedures in place, that we can continue to meet your objectives of quality and reliability.
Carpet Cleaning
We have a team of our full time cleaning operatives on stand by at all times, should one of your cleaning operatives be unable to carry out their duties due to either illness or holidays so the service and quality will not diminish as a result.
Our full time operatives specialise in all aspects of window cleaning and the ways in which it can be safely and effectively carried out. We can clean internal and external windows either during normal office hours or at weekends, as preferred. Our operatives are trained and licensed for the use of access platforms for high window cleaning work. All of our personnel are easily recognisable by the uniforms that they wear which display the Complete Clean logo. All frequencies of cleaning are catered for, whether it is weekly or annually.
Window Cleaning
The reach & wash cleaning system allows our operatives to clean the windows on the outside of a building from the ground using reach and wash equipment. The system uses purified water, which is applied to the glass via a network of hosepipes and extendable poles to a maximum reach of 45 feet. As the water is purified, it evaporates from the window leaving the glass smear and streak free. The system eliminates the requirement for ladders, therefore not compromising Health and Safety law or access platforms, which can be expensive to hire.
Carpet Cleaning
When carpets are neglected, the length of its life can shorten considerably. A well, maintained carpet will give your company many more years of life. We can provide a service for the removal of all types of soiling from dry particle dirt, water spillage and all types of solvent soluble staining which includes grease, oil, coffee and even chewing gum.
Access Platform Cleaning
We have two methods of cleaning that we use, both as effective as each other but suited to different environments. We use hot water extraction or chemical lift. All our cleaning operations can be carried out during normal office hours, during the evening or, if preferred, over the weekend or overnight.
Carpet Cleaning
The frequency with which our carpet cleaning operation should be carried out will vary depending on where the carpet is placed, how much traffic the carpet gets and the type of soiling that is expected. We will be able to advise you further on any areas that you wish to consider.
Buying new office and soft seating can sometimes be a very expensive exercise and not always necessary. When a chair looks tired as a result of many years use, consider having the chair deep cleaned. If the upholstery is not vacuumed on a regular basis, the build up of dust within the fabric and foams can be considerable. We use a hot water extraction method on all materials suitable for wet cleaning. Our process also involves the frame and the mechanics to the chair as well.

Kitchen Cleaning
We are specialist cleaners in degreasing kitchens and all the equipment within. We have the ability to take out, and horoughly degrease the canopy filters, which then allows us access to the extract ducting system, in order for this to be cleaned and degreased. We clean all the walls, ceilings and floors, ovens and fryers and all stainless steel fixtures and fittings. This service can be carried out to your preferred frequency and all the work is carried out over night, starting once the kitchen has closed and finishing before the kitchen opens the following day, so there will be no inconvenience.

Cleaning
Computers and telephones are a very important part of the business world and, as such, need to be looked after accordingly. We look around our offices and see presentable workstations laid out in ranks, with clean and tidy work surfaces, but the most important pieces of equipment within the station looking well used and dirty because your normal cleaning staff do not have the expertise or your permission to thoroughly clean them. The cleaning of this equipment is a specialised job using specialist materials.
Computer & Telephone Cleaning
We clean keyboards using compressed air dusters to get right in between and behind the keys, anti-static foam cleansers to prevent the cleaning process from damaging your equipment and lint free cloths and cotton buds to carry out a deep clean in normally inaccessible areas. We sanitise the telephones using germicidal cleaning fluid and wipes. We can also safely clean your computer rooms including ceiling and floor voids and the carpets using dry powder formulas so as not to introduce any water into the environment.
Pressure Jet Cleaning
We have a large, water and steam jet washing machine of which we are very proud. It is completely self-containing, running off a 21 hp Ruggerini diesel engine, which allows us to take it anywhere. If access is a problem, then it is equipped with 300 metres of hose that, when fully extended, does not diminish the pressure in any way. It has a capacity for 800 litres of water and can be used with cold water or can reach a temperature in excess of 130 degrees centigrade.
With a variable pressure of between 500 and 3000 psi, it can be used for cleaning the brickwork and cladding of a building, brick paving, concrete, tarmac and all types of blocks and stone. It is capable of removing moss and algae growth, oil, chewing gum, general dirt and grime, tar, bitumen, carbon from fire damage and graffiti.
We can also offer the service of general cleaning within your grounds to keep all of your car parks, walkways and gardens free from litter, wind blown debris and, in the winter months, dead leaves. This service will ensure that any customer’s first impression of your company will be a favourable one.

Our office and showroom are open Monday - Thursday between 8.30am to 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am to 5pm for orders, or if you just want to browse. Although all products are purchased by us in cases, we are happy to split a case if you do not want to buy in quantity but discounted prices will apply for the purchase of a full case.
